Chase Masterson
Biography
Chase Masterson (born Christianne Carafano on February 26, 1963) is an American actress, singer, and producer best known for her role as Leeta, the Bajoran Dabo girl, on "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine" from 1995 to 1999. She has appeared in other TV shows including "General Hospital," "Sliders," and "ER," and voiced characters in animated films like "Robotech: The Shadow Chronicles". Masterson is also a singer with several albums and won the Best Feature Film Producer award at the LA Femme Film Festival for the film "Yesterday Was a Lie," which she also acted in. Beyond acting, she co-founded the Pop Culture Hero Coalition to combat bullying and other social injustices, using the influence of popular culture to inspire real-life heroism. She continues her Star Trek association by reprising her role in the video game "Star Trek Online" and starring in the audio drama spin-off "Vienna"
