Synopsis
In a working-class suburb of Cologne, two unemployed friends, Mike and Alfred, spend their days drifting between beer stalls and failed job hunts. When their old pal Rasto resurfaces with a plan to revive a derelict kiosk, it looks like a chance to turn things around. But as Rasto’s shady ambitions come to light, Mike throws himself into the work while Alfred gets sidetracked by a supermarket cashier named Kati — and the kiosk dream begins to unravel.
