Synopsis
A kind-hearted little man, Menelaos, who runs a neighborhood grocery store, turns into an impartial soccer referee every Sunday, often ending up in the hospital from the beatings he receives from fans of the losing teams. His vivacious sister Christina is in love with a young doctor, Petros, who previously had an affair with a sexy movie star, Pepita. Pepita undertakes to seduce Menelaos so that he will not referee the championship final and thus Petros' mother will win at PROPO.
