Synopsis
Jeremiah Billings killed 9 members of his family and then himself in the creepy old house in Germantown. Now, 50 years later, his last remaining relative, Terry, has opened it as a boarding house, but what evil still lurks within its walls? When one of Terry's boarders kills himself in Jeremiah's old room, it starts a chain reaction, trapping everyone inside the house. One by one the boarders die, but can Vince, the newest resident, survive the night to find out the true secret of the house?
