Synopsis
The leader of the terrorist organization "Earth Liberation Front" has been caught. He is placed in a cage in a psychiatric hospital because his actions defy all logic. High-ranking officials have been kidnapped. Will they manage to survive while the maniac remains silent? Only a young woman doctor manages to find an approach to the criminal. He begins to speak...
