Synopsis
Manos Kalogeras holds a key position in a ministerial department. He is ambitious and wants to pursue a career in politics, taking advantage of his qualifications and the fact that his uncle is a minister. However, his ambitions are hindered by his alcoholic wife, his illicit affair with an actress, and a mysterious man, his uncle's advisor, who blackmails him for a signature. The climax comes with the murder of his wife. Manos is accused of being the murderer. Deciding to set the record straight, he is in for a big surprise...
