Synopsis
A collection of stories and observations from Oslo residents, told through some of the city's most visible but least talkative members; namely the city dwellings. Sound recordings of real people from different parts of the city is combined with manipulated video clips of blocks, villas and townhouses, so the buildings themselves tell of their city.
