Synopsis

T The Kinugawa clan has been decimated. Behind the scenes, the shadow of the Black Dragon is hidden. At the same time, a threatening letter arrives with an arson threat addressed to the Governor of Tokyo, and the security system is strengthened, but someone makes the first move. The confused police suspect that someone is leaking internal information...
