Synopsis
In what would be the first NFC Championship against each other in the 90s, the Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers faced off for the chance to go to Super Bowl XXVII. The featured two future Hall of Fame quarterbacks, Troy Aikman and Steve Young. Young threw for 313 yards but Aikman led the Cowboys to a 30-20 victory by throwing for 322 yards and 2 touchdown passes.
