Synopsis
Mr. Scrupule is a mild-mannered smuggler operating on the coast of Nice. If it hadn't been for an unexpected encounter, he'd probably have gone on for a long time in a trade that earned him the esteem of the bourgeoisie. An attractive young woman, Rolande, leads him to new ambitions and soon to dangerous adventures where he risks losing his skin.
