Synopsis
Eight-year-old Yoshko is awaiting the arrival of her cousin, Lila, whose parents died in a car accident. The girl is to live with relatives. Joszko is intrigued by the girl, who has stopped speaking in the wake of the shock. Relations between the children quickly become tense, turning into rivalry. Lila, craving maternal care, tries to take Joszek's place in his mother's heart. She even goes so far as to make threats.
