Synopsis
Abdul from Yemen, Farid from Iran, and Brian from Cameroon. They all flee their war-torn homeland and go to a refugee center in the small town of Bad Belzig down in Brandenburg. Full of hope for a better life, they now face strict conditions for refugees who make integration into society almost impossible. But they do not give up and instead look at actively being close to the locals. Their hope: the chance of an education, a social life, friendship, peace – and love.
