Synopsis
A British Midnight Cowboy, in the spirit of Bill Forsyth, Frettin' is the story of two self-elected outcasts, busker Jake (Shields) and sales rep' Tim (Spencer). They live on the fringes of society, just down by the cut (the canal), getting into mischief.
