Synopsis

The city of Chicago has survived the reign of Al Capone and the Great Fire, but not even the Windy City could withstand the power of Extreme Championship Wrestling! On September 19, 1999 the Odeum witnessed all rules broken, all morals shattered, and all royalties destroyed! In the world of ECW, there is only one rule: ANARCHY RULZ!! Rob Van Dam defends the ECW World Television Championship against Balls Mahoney. The event also featured Tommy Dreamer and Raven defending the ECW World Tag Team Championship against Rhino and Steve Corino and ECW World Heavyweight Champion Taz defended the belt against Mike Awesome and Masato Tanaka in a 3 way dance.
