Synopsis
Lena and Wolfgang Breuer's baby is snatched from the baby carriage in a moment of inattention. Lena Breuer had only taken her eyes off her baby for a moment - and then he disappeared. Despite a feverish search, little Jakob was never found. Even after twelve years, the parents' wound has not healed, but Wolfgang Breuer has come to terms with it. Lena, on the other hand, is still searching for her son. After countless futile hopes, one day she manages to track him down. He is living, bright and happy, as the son Tim of single mother Carola Weber. Lena wants to take the boy home immediately and hand the kidnapper Carola over to the police. Wolfgang and the lawyer, however, urge caution. Tim should not be disturbed. Reluctantly, Lena agrees to get to know him carefully, although she doesn't trust Carola's consent.
