Synopsis
A young, ambitious conductor travels to a small Slovenian town at the mayor’s invitation, where he is meant to lead a choir and promote local culture both at home and abroad. It soon becomes clear that things are not as he expected. Local disputes draw him into their web. Professionalism clashes with amateurism, art with hobbyism, love with envy.
