Synopsis
In the 1970s, a legendary organisation of 6,000 delinquents, a motorcycle gang that was growing in size and intensity, moved to Shibuya's Centre Street. In the 1990s, the delinquents moved to their base in Shibuya's Centre Street, shedding their suicide uniforms and becoming teamers. Numerous teams fought each other, transforming themselves into a group of unruly youths. In the midst of all this, one upright young man, Yasuyuki, in an attempt to reclaim the "legends" of his seniors, takes to the streets, wielding his fists and winning over the bad boys of Shibuya to his ranks.
