Synopsis
The war in former Yugoslavia is suddenly on the doorstep of 16-year-old computer freak Rasmus when he meets and falls in love with refugee girl Belma. Belma lives with her father and other refugees on Flotel Europe in Copenhagen. One day Belma’s father recognizes one of his torturers from prison camp among the refugees on the boat. The executioner is attacked and Belmas father gets arrested. Rasmus and Belma must prove his innocence.
