Synopsis
Artist Pyarelal lives a poor lifestyle in Bombay with his parents, sister, brother and sister-in-law. After a family argument, Pyarelal is asked to leave, and he swears only to return when he becomes a famous, wealthy man. He meets actress Asha and they fall in love. After Pyarelal starts acting in the theater, he sends money and gifts to his family, hoping that they will be pleased. Then one day he feels that he has achieved success and goes home...
